Resource Support

Acquiring resource support is a straightforward procedure through our Discord server.

In order to obtain support for one of our resources, kindly make sure to join our Discord server. Our server offers you the opportunity to reach out to our support team, who will assist you in resolving your issue. The following steps outline how to contact us.


When inside our Discord server, kindly proceed to the #create-a-ticket channel located in the Support Services category.

After you've found the channel, please open it, and you'll notice an embedded message with a button at the bottom. If you click this button, a ticket will be generated, and you'll be prompted to provide an explanation for opening the ticket. Following this, we kindly request your patience as you await our Support Staff to review your ticket.


We recommend that you carefully review our Support Services Policy to ensure that both you, as the customer, and our support team interact in a professional manner, facilitating the prompt resolution of your issue.
