Transferring Resources
Transferring your resource to a different account is a straightforward process using Portal by Cfx.re.
Transferring your Zea Development resource license to another user is now managed exclusively via the new Cfx.re Portal, which has replaced Keymaster.
This new Portal handles all aspects of asset ownership, license management, and user roles, and includes built-in transfer functionality for escrowed assets.
Important: Resource transfers are one-time only and cannot be undone. Once a license is transferred to We cannot recover licenses that were transferred to the wrong account. Please take caution — transfers are handled entirely through the Cfx.re Portal, and we do not have access to override them.
Transfer Notice
One-time only: Assets can only be transferred once.
Irreversible: Once transferred, the action cannot be undone.
No support for accidental transfers: Neither Cfx.re nor Zea Development can reverse the action.
Best Practices
Confirm the recipient's Cfx.re username in advance.
Avoid transferring licenses to accounts you do not trust — transfers cannot be reversed.
Consider taking a screenshot of the transfer confirmation for your records.
Instructions
Navigate to “Owned Assets”
In the sidebar, click on Assets, then Owned Assets. This will list all your active licenses.
Select the Resource to Transfer
Find the resource you want to transfer (e.g., z_fire - Zea Development) and click on it to view its license details.
Open the License Transfer Dialog
Click the “...” (more options) button near the license entry, and select “Transfer License”.
Enter the Recipient’s Cfx.re Username
Type the exact Cfx.re username of the person you're transferring the license to. Double-check the spelling.
Confirm the Transfer
A confirmation window will appear warning you this action is permanent and final. Click Confirm Transfer to proceed.
Recipient Must Accept the Transfer
The recipient will now receive a transfer request in their Portal account. The transfer is not complete until they accept it.
